Pricing & Payment
Total Price: $4,410
Payment schedule: 50% deposit ($2,205) to begin → Milestone payments → Final balance on delivery. Milestones vary and negotiable
Booking: Deposit reserves project slot and kickoff date.
Custom quotes: We tailor scope & milestones to budget - ask for a launch scoping call.
Booking: Payment confirms timeline and starts the project.
Refund policy
Full refund within 48 hours of booking if no creative work has begun.
50% refund if canceled after moodboard / concept delivery but before finalization.
No refunds after final deliverables have been prepared and handed off.
We always aim to resolve issues via revisions or prorated credits.

Terms & Legal
Ownership & usage
Upon final payment, the Client receives exclusive ownership of the final logo and brand assets delivered in the package (vector marks and raster exports).
Studio retains portfolio rights to showcase the work in marketing, portfolio, and showreels unless a written exclusivity agreement is signed for an additional fee.
Fonts: We provide type recommendations; commercial font licenses (if paid fonts requested) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Source files
Source/project files (AI / Figma / layered files etc) are included with this package and delivered in the production pack.
Long-term archival storage available upon request.
Liability & warranty
Liability limited to the total fees paid for The Mark II package.
We warrant original deliverables are created by Inigma Studio and will not knowingly infringe third-party IP. Client must provide trademarked logos, copy, or assets and warrant they have rights to use them.
Confidentiality & NDAs
NDA available and signed on request prior to work start.
Non-solicitation
Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire core contractors introduced by Inigma Studio for 12 months after project completion without written permission.
Ownership & usage
