Pricing & Payment
Price: $4,515 / month (billed monthly in advance)
Minimum term: 30-day minimum; billed in calendar-month cycles.
Cancellation: Provide 30 days’ notice to cancel; you are billed for the current month in which notice is given.
Booking: Payment confirms timeline and starts the project.
Refund & rollover policy
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins and work has started.
Up to 2 unused assets may roll over to the following month if requested in writing and scheduled within the next 30 days (no cash refunds).
If we fail to deliver the agreed assets (outside force majeure), we will issue a pro-rated credit or make up the assets next cycle.
Revisions
2 revision rounds included per asset (minor creative adjustments).
Additional revisions: $125 / round.
Communication: Less than 6-hour response time, progress updates throughout
Price: $4,515 / month (billed monthly in advance)
Minimum term: 30-day minimum; billed in calendar-month cycles.
Cancellation: Provide 30 days’ notice to cancel; you are billed for the current month in which notice is given.
Booking: Payment confirms timeline and starts the project.
Refund & rollover policy
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins and work has started.

Satisfaction policy: We iterate on included revisions until the asset matches the agreed creative direction.

Terms & Legal
Usage & licensing
The Continuum includes standard commercial license for web, social, and paid advertising (non-exclusive).
Extended/exclusive usage, broadcast, or resale requires additional licensing. Please disclose intended use at booking.
Source files
Source/project files are not included by default. Available as an add-on (quote).
Liability
Inigma Studio’s liability is limited to the monthly fees paid for the retainer. We do not guarantee specific results (views, conversions). We do guarantee timely delivery of agreed assets and professional production.
Confidentiality
We will treat your assets as confidential and sign an NDA on request.
Non-solicitation
Client agrees not to directly hire freelancers introduced by Inigma Studio for 12 months after any project without written consent.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control; we will reschedule with fair notice.
Data Retention & Source Files
Source files (project files, native 3D scenes, unused renders) are not included by default. Source files can be purchased as an add-on.
We retain archive copies for 90 days after delivery. After that, long-term storage incurs a fee.
