Pricing & Payment
Total Price: $2,599
Payment schedule: 50% deposit ($1299) to commence work • 50% balance ($1300) on delivery & approval
Booking: Deposit reserves your production slot and kickoff date.
Refund policy
Full refund within 24 hours of booking if you change your mind.
50% refund available if cancelled after concepts/storyboard delivered but before production/animation/rendering begins.
No refunds once production (creation and rendering pipeline) has begun.
We will always attempt to resolve dissatisfaction through revisions and remediation.
Revisions
2 revision rounds included.
Additional revisions cost $95 / round.
Major scope changes (new scenes, additional shoot days, extensive re-renders) are quoted and billed separately.
Communication: Less than 6-hour response time, progress updates throughout
Total Price: $2,599

Terms & Legal
Rights & Usage
Includes standard commercial license for web, social, and paid ads (non-exclusive).
Extended or exclusive rights, broadcast, or resale require additional licensing fees (quoted per request).
Client must disclose intended usage at booking to ensure accurate licensing.
Acceptance & Delivery
Delivery is deemed accepted when the Client signs off the final master or 5 business days elapse after final delivery without written change requests.
Upon acceptance, final balance must be paid (if not already).
Confidentiality
We treat project materials as confidential and will sign an NDA on request prior to work.
Liability & Warranty
Inigma Studio’s liability for claims related to this project is limited to the total fees paid for The Second Act.
We warrant original deliverables are our creative work; we cannot guarantee specific performance metrics (views, conversions). We do guarantee professional execution and timely delivery.
Cancellation & Force Majeure
If the Client cancels before production begins, refunds apply per refund policy above.
Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond our control (force majeure). Such delays will be communicated with a revised schedule.
Non-Solicitation
Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire core contractors introduced by Inigma Studio for 12 months following project completion without written permission. (This protects our network.)
Source Files & Storage
Source/project files are not included by default. Source files can be purchased as an add-on.
We retain delivery archives for 90 days; long-term storage is available for an additional fee.
