Includes a non-exclusive commercial license for the final visual assets for web, social, e-commerce listings, and marketing materials.
Print & manufacturing usage is included for small production runs. Larger production runs or resale to distributors may require extended licensing - we’ll quote that on request.
Source files are not included by default except where mentioned; available as an add-on.
Source files & storage
Source/project files: available for $200 add-on.
We retain project archives for 90 days; extended storage available as an add-on.
Liability & warranty
Our liability for claims relating to this package is limited to the total fee paid ($450).
We warrant original deliverables are created by us and will not knowingly infringe third-party IP. Client must provide any trademarked logos, copy, or brand assets and warrant they have rights to use them.
Confidentiality
We will treat your project and assets as confidential. NDA available on request.
Non-solicitation
Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire core contractors introduced by Inigma Studio for 12 months after project completion without written permission.
