Payment: 50% up front, 50% on delivery
Booking: Payment confirms timeline and starts the project. (If you prefer 50% deposit, contact us - subject to availability.)
Refund policy
Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if you change your mind.
After creative work begins (concepts/storyboard delivered) the fee becomes non-refundable.
We always aim to resolve issues - if you’re unsatisfied, see our Guarantee below.
Revisions
1 revision round included (minor changes to timing, color, copy hooks).
Additional revision rounds: $75 / round.
Major scope changes (new scenes, extra renders, or reworks) are quoted separately.
Communication: Less than 6-hour response time, progress updates throughout
Total Price: $1,149
Payment: 50% up front, 50% on delivery

Terms & Legal
Rights & Usage
Scene One includes a standard commercial license for web, social, and paid ads (non-exclusive).
Extended or exclusive rights, broadcast, resale, or use in paid TV campaigns require additional licensing fees - ask for a quote.
Acceptance & Delivery
Delivery is considered accepted when the Client signs off on the final master or when 5 business days pass after final delivery without written change requests.
After acceptance, the final balance is considered paid (not applicable here since payment is upfront).
Confidentiality
We treat your project and assets as confidential. We can sign an NDA on request before work begins.
Liability & Warranty
Inigma Studio’s liability for any claim relating to this project is limited to the total fees paid for the Scene One package.
We warrant original deliverables are created by us; we do not guarantee results (views, conversions). We do guarantee professional execution and timely delivery.
Cancellation & Force Majeure
If the Client cancels prior to concept delivery, a partial refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure). We’ll reschedule fairly.
Non-Solicitation (studio protection)
For 12 months after project completion, Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any of the studio’s core contractors introduced during the project without written permission. (This protects our roster & relationships.)
Data Retention & Source Files
Source files (project files, native 3D scenes, unused renders) are not included by default. Source files can be purchased as an add-on for $200.
We retain archive copies for 90 days after delivery. After that, long-term storage incurs a fee.
