Exclusive, broadcast, or global rights are negotiated and priced separately.
Source files & masters
Final masters included. Source/project files are not included by default - available for purchase or under separate agreement.
Liability & warranty
Inigma Studio’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the Magnum Opus project. We warrant original deliverables are created by us; we do not guarantee campaign KPIs (views, conversions). We guarantee professional production and delivery per scope.
Confidentiality & NDAs
We sign NDAs on request and handle client assets confidentially.
Non-solicitation
Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire core contractors introduced by Inigma Studio for 12 months after project completion without written permission.
Force majeure
Delays due to events beyond control will be communicated and schedules adjusted fairly.
